Accounts Assistant - Full or Part time hours
Duties
- Checking supplier invoices against the sales system, logging them in an organised manner & querying any price discrepancies.
- Liaising with the sales team, client care & management regarding supplier payments and queries.
- Building good relationships with our suppliers in a firm and fair manner.
- Preparing weekly payment runs so they are accurate and ready for a manager to authorise.
- Managing the accounts mailbox.
- Bank reconciliation
- Payment queries
- Client & supplier refunds
- Following processes and procedures.
- Assisting in the year end process.
- Using initiative and attempting to investigate anomalies.
- AD hoc projects
- Holiday cover for other members of the team
This role can be offered part time or full time - Two days a week is in there head office and the remainder from home.
Salary £28,000 - Plus Benefits
