Accounts Assistant - Full or Part time hours

Duties

• Checking supplier invoices against the sales system, logging them in an organised manner & querying any price discrepancies.
• Liaising with the sales team, client care & management regarding supplier payments and queries.
• Building good relationships with our suppliers in a firm and fair manner.
• Preparing weekly payment runs so they are accurate and ready for a manager to authorise.
• Managing the accounts mailbox.
• Bank reconciliation
• Payment queries
• Client & supplier refunds
• Following processes and procedures.
• Assisting in the year end process.
• Using initiative and attempting to investigate anomalies.
• AD hoc projects
• Holiday cover for other members of the team

This role can be offered part time or full time - Two days a week is in there head office and the remainder from home.

Salary £28,000 - Plus Benefits
