What you'll do
- Manage the finance function including two team members
- Deal with HR issues, carrying out investigations and disciplinaries
- Oversee purchase and sales ledger
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts for the external accounting team
- Payroll for the company, including on boarding new starts and leavers, pensions
- Bank reconciliations, Credit card reconciliations
- Administrative duties
About you
- Previous accounts experience including payroll
- Experience with Sage50
- Management experience
