Expanding Organisation seeks a Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Accounts Payable Assistant would require good communication skills, be hands on and enjoy a busy environment.
Duties of the Accounts Payable Assistant include:
- Receiving and recording the receipt of invoices
- Processing invoices to make sure payments are correct and on time
- Requesting receipt of statements from invoices
- Matching and filing invoices and receipts
- Answering queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Assistant include:
- Experience/knowledge in basic accounting and business processes
- Knowledge in Excel and Xero
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in English (Oral & Written)
