Description
- Process Accounts Payable transactions including invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Review and verify invoices for discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors
- Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and resolve any outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Accounts Payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support to the finance team as needed
Profile
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
