An introduction to the company and role:
Wade Macdonald are currently working with an exciting business, which due to growth in the company are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team or a part-time basis!
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Processing supplier invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Statement reconciliations
- Matching purchase orders
- Assisting the finance manager with any other ad-hoc duties
What experience do you need?
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Accounts Payable role
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Good knowledge of accounting systems
