Location: Knaresborough, HG5          

Salary : £26,000 per annum

Hours: 09:00  –  17:00   Monday to Friday

Total Recruit are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity as a with the UK’s  leading  orthopaedic support and brace brand.

 Duties include:

• Collate the raw data from customer online portals to populate existing internal KPI reports and distribute internally.
• Research and record competitor and promotional activity, online and in the retail store environment.
• Complete as necessary, all customer specific forms.
• Populate and share information with the operations team for any planned activity including anything that impacts stock availability or changes to requirements
• Support the commercial team in the preparation and delivery of customer presentations and brand days.
• Record all invoices for approval and ensure back up documents are requested from the customer
• Manage and track the customer service levels by using the online portals and liaise with supply chain when the necessary stock levels are not maintained to meet these target levels.
• Co-ordinate, record and distribute to relevant stakeholders, the annual promotional plan of the full customer base.
• Co-ordinate and distribute brand samples or packaging as necessary to customers and suppliers.
• Liaise with our visual merchandising partners to support the successful launch of instore campaigns.
• Co-ordinate and provide product imagery or content requirements for marketing activities
• Maintain and update the contact database of our customers and potential customers.

 Skills Required:

• Relationship building is key to ensure collaborative win-win relationships are established.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written communication with colleagues and customers
• Prioritising workload to meet defined objectives or deadlines. With a thorough and methodical approach
• Good planning, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure with the ability to show initiative and attention to detail
