Monday to Friday

Prepare hard copy and electronic files;

Prepare letters for issuing to all Parties and /or Representatives to acknowledge receipt of claims/responses;

Print address labels and update files with reps addresses;

Prepare letters for issue with reps coming on/off record;

Update CTS to reflect the current representative coming on/off record;

Issue small decisions to all relevant parties and update CTS;

Maintain & update the multiple lists of files and spreadsheets;

Answering telephone calls and transferring customer to appropriate individual;

Photocopying, scanning, filing and providing admin support to multiples EO2s;

Provide reception cover as necessary;

Collect and deliver files / post to Employment Judges;

Ad hoc duties as required.
