Admin Assistant- Danesfort

We are currently recruiting an Admin Assistant for our well established client in Belfast (Stranmillis area)

Hours of work: Mon- Fri 9-5
Rate of pay £11.47-£12.98 per hour

Job duties:

• Provide administration support to meter data processing team.
• Manage incoming calls from engineers who are on site carrying out metering updates
• Updating and maintaining team spreadsheets and metering records
Validating metering and mete reading data
• Proactively dealing with internal & external queries and resolving complaints
• Work in a team environment and/or independently with minimal supervision.

Essential criteria

• Minimum 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grace C including Maths & English Language or 2 years relevant experience in a clerical/admin role
• Developed IT skills
• Experience is the use of Microsoft office
• Uk driving licence & access to a vehicle for use as required
