My client a leading public sector organisation is looking to recruit a Temporary full-time Admin Assistant in Antrim.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours
Pay: £11.11per hour
KEYRESULT AREAS / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Callhandling, both incoming and outgoing. Including processing messages/queries, taking of detailed referrals,making appointments and following up queries.
2.Assuming first pointof contact for internal and external stakeholders – including service users.
3.Generalreception duties including processing of incoming and outgoing mail, greetingvisitors and booking of meetings rooms (via Outlook Calendar or manual diary).
4.Typingof letters, memos, reports and other documentation as required.
5.Takingof minutes and typing of same.
6.Photocopying,emailing and scanning of documentation as required.
7.Undertakefiling and maintaining an efficient, up-to-date record keeping system, in linewith Records Management protocol.
8.Processing, follow-upand receipting of supplies and equipment (including complex service userrelated equipment)
9.Liaisingwith other internal departments and external stakeholders in relation to anumber of issues including, the installation and commissioning of complexequipment and adaptations
Essential Criteria
(a)4 GCSEs to include English and Mathematics(Grade A*- C) or equivalent AND 1years’ experience working in a team administration office environment.
OR
(b)2 years’ experience working in a teamadministration office environment.

In addition to (a) or (b) applicants must have oneyears’ working experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlookinan office environment.
