SalaryAdministrator - £10.63ph – plus holiday pay. ASAP start
We are looking for a temporary Administrator who is available to start a new role immediately.
Our client is a busy property firm who are looking for someone available to start immediately on a temporary basis due to a staff member leaving. Whilst the role is temporary to start, there is hopefully a view to this becoming permanent.
Full training is provided.
Working as part of a team your role will include –
• Inputting customer details onto inhouse database
• Taking calls and messages.
• Typing up letters and general administration.
• Handing out keys to clients.
• Updating details.
This is based within a property company so whilst it isn’t essential, if you do have any prior property or lettings experience it would definitely be an advantage. Ideally our client would like a driver, but again this isn’t essential.
Hourly rate - £10.63ph plus holiday pay. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
We are looking for anyone with good administration skills, great telephone manner and good IT skills.
