Salary: Dependent on experience, up to 24k
A reputable firm based in Redditch is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role primarily involves providing administrative support to the Residential Property Department and assisting the head of department with client queries. The successful candidate should have a basic understanding of the sale and purchase process, along with the ability to work independently and manage their workload efficiently.
Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling initial queries for quotes on sales and purchases.
- Complete internal forms and accurately track data.
- Provide prospective clients with information about legal services within the Residential Property Department and follow up to maximise conversion from lead to sale.
- Deliver accurate quotes to prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and web queries.
- Perform general administration duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
- Open files and prepare initial onboarding paperwork for clients.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks requested by the firm.
The Candidate
- Previous experience as an administrator within property or residential legal admin desirable not essential
- You will have strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
