This is a full time contract working until the end of October 2024 - This role is a soon as possible start.
Key Tasks
- Collaborative working with the scheduling team to ensure the draft training delivery schedule supports effective delegate enrolment while taking account of client specific limitations.
- To enrol delegates to scheduled classroom based sessions within specified time frames as agreed with the client, monitoring performance, identifying and addressing areas of need of attention.
- To enrol delegates to identified CBT packages within specified time frames as agreed with the Design team to support the CBT package Go-Live timetable.
- To actively engage the scheduling team where enrolment difficulties are encountered, identifying instances where the reschedule to an alternate date, targeting a different watch or changing of venue, will better support optimal delegate enrolment.
- To address any queries raised by the LFB training support team relating to delegate enrolment and notifications.
- To work collaboratively with the LFB training support teams where difficulties are encountered owing to delegate eligibility, possible enrolment rule constraints, proposing possible solutions.
- To set-up new LMS accounts for delegates and internal Babcock staff, addressing any queries.
- Continuous review of the enrolment processes to identify efficiencies and areas of process improvement, offering innovative solutions.
- To provide administrative support and performance management reports where necessary.
