Administration/Customer advisor

A fast-paced, vibrant, office where no two days the same.
Your role will give you exposure to a wide range of tasks including, office support, administration and customer service
Some of the exciting things you'll be involved in
- Maintaining the integrity of the data held on our systems
- Being the first point of contact for in-bound calls (this is not a call centre role)
- Sending out email communications
- Obtaining any required documentation
- Scheduling
- Good attention to detail, team played, multi-tasking.
The successful candidate will be -
- A team player
- Someone with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Someone with great computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
