Job description

We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for an Administration & Commissions Manager to join their team! This is your chance to join an independent commercial energy consultancy that offer various services to help their clients reduce utility costs and enhance efficiency.

What You Can Expect

You will collaborate with the Head of Operations, overseeing the daily operations of the Administration Team. Your responsibilities encompass managing sensitive aspects of company operations and financial procedures, along with engaging in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities as an Administration & Commissions Manager

  • Leading the Administration Team, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, providing training, and contributing to annual reviews.
  • Undertaking basic IT system maintenance and acting as the primary point of contact for IT issues.
  • Managing the commission system, encompassing invoicing, data entry, and generating reports.
  • Supervising CRM data management, addressing customer complaints, and streamlining internal processes.
  • Cultivating relationships with energy suppliers and supporting various projects.
  • Handling cash flow, overseeing invoice processing, and informal credit control duties.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, manage complaints, and nurture supplier relationships.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong numerical proficiency, with a focus on analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with Zero Accounting Software (desirable but not essential)
  • Proficient in IT with the capability to resolve minor issues.
  • Effective organisation, adept at time management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional accuracy and keen attention to detail.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and proactive independent learning.
  • Ability to work autonomously with initiative.
  • Aptitude for handling private and confidential information professionally.
