Sales Administration Manager - St. Albans, Hertfordshire - £45-50k
Opportunity to join a highly successful designer and distributor of health & beauty products, as they grow and scale the business. This is a new role which takes responsibility for managing the Sales Administration team, ensuring the delivery of sales orders on time, in full, meeting customer forecasts and bespoke requirements.
Key elements of this role:
'- Manage a team of Sales Administrators to ensure the housekeeping and accuracy of the companies sales order book.
'- Liaise with Account Managers on forecasts, and customer bespoke requirements
'- Liaise with Supply Chain and the Head of New Product Development on the progress of orders and NPD projects
'- Liaise with Supply Chain on the raising of Purchase Orders for new sales orders of existing items
' - Work closely with the 3rd party warehouse in relation to customer specific requirements and the ontime despatch of sales orders
' - Liaise with Finance to ensure customers are within credit limits before the despatch of orders
' - Report weekly to the directors on how sales are tracking compared to the budgets set

What we are looking for:
'- FMCG / Health & Beauty or closely related industry experience
'- Outlook/Word/Excel/ proficient
'- Commercial awareness and understanding
'- Project Management / Timeline Management experience
'- Ability to fit within a small Team, be flexible and react to a changing environment
