Administration Manager Role
- Responsible for organising and coordinating office operations
- Leading a team of four administrators
- Reporting
- Working closely with internal managers
- Deal with pricing
- Managing the ordering system
- Website updates
- Keeping records and in house system updated
- Keeping site licenses updated
- Credit checks
- General admin
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Excel including basic formulas / pivot tables and V looks ups
- Good communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Ability to multitask
