Administrator
Our client, a successful organisation based in Chichester, is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation and make a difference in their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings on behalf of team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when required.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data entry is up to date and organised.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, both internally and externally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and positive mindset, with a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
