Job description

The OPRA Group has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the Services Team to provide an effective and efficient administrative, reception and reprographic service.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday as a member of the Administration Services Team and must be a highly experienced minute taker and be confident using Office 365 packages. You must possess good organisational, communication and customer service skills through interactions with both internal and external stakeholders and have experience of working effectively both in a team environment and independently.
Role Duties:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions, workshops, and other departmental events.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by departmental staff.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing courteous and professional assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency within the department.
Administrative Assistant - Essential Skills & Experience Required:
• Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Minute-taking.
• Minimum 1 year experience within and admin support role
• Must be aged 18+ as this is a full-time role and not an apprenticeship.
Administrative Assistant - Key Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, database management systems, and scheduling tools.
• Experience in providing administrative support within a regulated or compliance-driven industry, with an understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
