Job Overview:
You will need to be well organised, responsible and self-motivated, have good numeracy, computer and secretarial skills, be able to work within a team. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
The job involves:-
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence and directing them as appropriate.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients/receptionist work.
- Maintain client information, files and documents.
- Handing incoming and outgoing post and distribute as appropriate.
- To provide efficient administrative support to the Management and Surveyors and work closely with the Administration Team.
- Typing of letters, valuations, stocktaking valuations etc, some using Audio Dictation.
- Opening new files and recording on computer & Flightdeck system.
- Using Keyprime accounts software to produce invoices (training will be given).
- Producing sale particulars using a design programme and mapping programme (training will be given).
- Attend machinery auctions, if/when required.
Full time position/four days a week.
Salary dependent on experience.
