Job description

Our client based near Leominster are looking for Administrative Assistant to Safety Manager (Part-Time) to join them on a temporary basis.

Contract type:

Part-Time (24-30 hours per week)

Temporary (with a potential for a contract)

Initially, assignment for 12 weeks

Immediate start

Pay:

GBP12.70 p/h

Days of work:

Monday to Friday

or

Monday to Wednesday

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am-3pm

or

Monday to Wednesday 8am-4.30pm (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch)

Duties include:

  • tracking and following up near miss/unsafe condition reports
  • stock orders
  • input actions and audit data into eco-online
  • type up risk assessments into severon
  • type up training documents (JSPS)
  • input BOS data into tracker
  • input Trigger/QRP data into tracker

Key skills:

  • Good with Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent people skills
  • Able to be confidential as and when required
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Must have own transport due to remote location
