VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation with the recruitment of an Administrative Officer.
This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position. 37 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9 - 5.
Salary
£23,071 per annum, plus benefits.
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for funded organisations.
- Develop a detailed and accurate understanding of the services and support delivered by the organisation.
- Respond to community partner queries and escalate to appropriate staff member when required.
- Collation of monthly/quarterly information for monthly/quarterly reporting received by funded organisations.
- Collation of financial declarations from funded organisations and co-ordination of information to the relevant staff/departments.
- Recording progress of tasks to excel and other database platforms.
- Booking meeting rooms or venues and co-ordination of meeting.
- Uphold the Service’s reputation and public image, demonstrating professional conduct and a sense of personal responsibility and ownership of your role.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 5 GCSES (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, which must include English Language and Mathematics.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience of the following criteria:
Desirable Criteria
- Demonstrable experience of dealing professionally with confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR regulations.
