Administrator
Based in Kirkcaldy
£12 per hour + holiday pay
Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a Kirkcaldy based Charity who are looking to recruit an Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be supporting with the organisation's extremely important work by completing admin and customer service tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for part-time work with an employer who does crucial work within the local community.

Key responsibilities:
- Working on the office reception, acting as the first point of contact for external enquiries
- Providing information to queries and directing calls to the relevant person
- Updating and maintaining service databases
- Producing letters and reports
- Maintaining electronic and paper based filing systems
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Taking notes during meetings and circulating to relevant members of staff
- Ad hoc admin duties as required
Person specifications:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role - this is essential
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Patience and empathy
- Positive attitude and demeanour
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in the charity or healthcare sectors
