Resourcing Group is supporting an FM contractor based in Bristol. They would like to appoint an experienced Administrators to join their team FM department. This is a busy and well established team.

The company specialise in carrying out a mixture of day to day responsive repairs as well as completing a schedule of PPM works, specifically working with in the retail sector.

This role will predominantly be supporting the commercial team, assisting the estimators with data entry, consolidating information and accurately creating internal and external reports for clients as well as the contractor. There is a large amount of data entry involved with in this role.

The role is based in Bristol and is being offered as a secure and safe opportunity for anyone seeking longevity and permanent contract of employment. There is genuine progression with in this company. The role is available due to the previous person being promoted in a new role.

Essential:

• Previous knowledge and experience working with in the FM/Maintenance industry
• An understanding of facts and figures
• Scheduling/coordination of maintenance works
• Excel experience is essential
• Full time site based. There is not hybrid available for this particular role as you will be liaising with many different departments of the company and being based in the office is crucial.
