Full time Reservations Manager / Receptionist for Leisure Business

I am working on behalf of an exciting leisure business who are seeking to find a flexible member for the team. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys the outdoors and is happy to work full time hours in the Summer and p/t in the Winter.
Day to day management of Reception will be your main responsibility however working as part of a small team does require the offer of support to other departments from time to time.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspects of the bookings for the fleet including payments
• Main point of contact for guests
• Ensure the smooth day to day running of Reception.
• Meet and greet all guests on arrival
• Administration for all departments
• Anticipate guests needs to help us provide 5 star service
