Our Business Support teams are the very soul of our organisation.
But, what is Business Support? Put simply we provide our countywide teams with invaluable skills and knowledge across all areas of LCC, from being the welcoming face in our Children’s Centres, to supporting our Executive team and providing valuable expertise across Fire and Rescue, Highways and HR.
We have one 20hr vacancy supporting the Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHP) Team and one 37hr position supporting the Finance & Logistics Team. Both roles are based in Lincoln, working term time only.
We are keen to be the very best, so to join us you’ll need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real contribution every day. You’ll be a team player, supported by a welcoming and diverse group of people, who will guide you as you learn new skills and develop your experience. We are forward thinking and ambitious, so you’ll have lots of opportunities to grow your career with LCC – either by undertaking a variety of roles in Business Support, or beyond. There will be days when it is challenging, but working here provides incredible opportunities to push boundaries and try new things. That’s what keeps it an interesting and fun place to work.
If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you and are happy to chat through your current experience or answer questions. Please email RecruitmentBS@lincolnshire.gov.uk
