Administrator / Customer Service Membership Administration Assistantwith excellent communication, administrative and customer relation skills is required for a well-established and prestigious private members club based in South West London.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Although you will receive full training you must have excellent administrative, multi-tasking and excellent customer relation skills. You will also need excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
SALARY: GBP28,000 per annum FTE (Actual Salary GBP16,800 per annum based on 24 Hours per Week) + Excellent Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: South West London

WORKING HOURS: 24 Hours per Week, On site, flexible hours, at least one Saturday to be worked each month

Working as the Administrator / Customer Service Membership Administration Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Membership Team in the efficient running of the Membership Department.
As the Administrator / Customer Service Membership Administration Assistant you will handle all aspects of the club's memberships from prospective members through to long standing members and assuring the department is kept efficient and up to date at all times.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Administrator / Customer Service Membership Administration Assistant will include:
- Responding to: New Member enquiries - phone call and email, Current Members with family / rejoining Member enquiries, Prospective Member waiting time enquiries
- Organise and carry out Club Tours for potential Members
- Compile enquiry packs to hand to potential Members
- Manage application process from receipt of application forms to entry on the Waiting List
- Manage lists of Prospective Members for Prospective Member Meetings and help organise monthly
- Invite Prospective Members to Prospective Members' Meetings
- Carry out online Google and insolvency checks and add Prospective Members to the Waiting List / membership database
- Contact Prospective Members to advise that they are now on the Waiting List
- Assist in preparing New Member paperwork
- Set up new membership records on membership database
- Keep accurate files of new Member applications and paperwork
- Undertake one Saturday per month in the office to provide membership cover and Club Tours
- Add Art Group Members to the membership database and advise new Art Group Member via email when done
- Add / renew Nanny / Guardian Passes to the membership database and liaise with the Member
- Manage the Guest Visit process and liaise with Security and Reception Teams
- Respond to Reciprocal Member visit enquiries and send introduction emails
- Annually emailing resigned Members
- Calling new Members to check they're settled in
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
While full training will be given, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Experience of performing a variety of administrative duties to a high standard
- Ability to multi task and prioritise a varied workload
- Good telephone manner
- Exceptional customer relation skills with the ability to deal with people of all levels and ages both internally and externally
- Computer literate with sound IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and databases
- Numerate, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data inputting
- Confident, discreet and friendly individual
- Must be able to work on own initiative
