Contract: Full Time / Permanent - Monday to Thursday, 08:00am – 4:30pm & Friday, 08:00 – 14:00 (38 hours p/w).

What the opportunity looks like:
Due to internal progression we have an excellent opportunity for a Distilling Customer Operations colleague.
The Distilling Customer Operations is responsible for assisting with the efficient daily administration of the maturation and blending department. Take responsibility over general duties in a safe and efficient manner. Work with care and attention to protect the integrity of company goods.
- Maintain and check databases, systems, administrative procedures and internal/external communications in line with the Maturation processes/ways of working.
- To support the team with cask tracking with Bar Code Scanning as required, helping with future developments as required.
- Administration of despatch paperwork ensuring that all movements are finalised and discharged as per statutory regulations.
- To work with external spirit customers in planning bulk tanker volumes and delivery times along.
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
For this role we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of and confidence in working with Microsoft Office suite.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail.
