Duties
- Asset Inventory updating of the Welsh Government Electrical Asset Management System (LMS). Activities shall include:
- Bulk uploading electrical and structural certificates.
- Using Query builder to run reports to identify assets that have missing / incorrect information.
- Updating individual assets.
- Assistance with the ongoing management of the PowerBI applications for the defect and minor works.
- Administrative assistance which shall include:
- Preparation of maintenance works reports.
- Minutes of meetings.
- Assisting the team with ensuring asset / project documentation is electronically stored in the correct location (i.e. population of the collaboration portal / TEDDMS).
- Assisting the LMS lead with the maintenance and development of the system.
- Assisting the street lighting and ITS managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
