Adviser Support Administrator - IFA Firm
22,000 with an increase to 24,000 after successful completion of probationary period
Location : Stockport - Free onsite parking
Our Client has one of the largest and most respected teams of independent financial advisers in the North West and Nationwide. With a large office based on the outskirts of Manchester, our Client today has a team of over fifty wealth specialists, including twenty highly qualified Consultants.
They are now looking for an additional Administrator to work as part of their Adviser Support Team. Working directly with a team of 6 advisers and providing support the successful Candidate will be responsible for;
\" Producing client valuations on an annual/6 monthly basis
\" Liaising with clients to arrange their annual review meetings
\" Attending review meetings with advisers
\" Assisting with any meeting follow up for the meetings you have attended
\" Ensuring the system is as up to date as possible
\" Migrating data from CashCalc to Intelliflo Office
\" Inviting clients to the client portal
\" Pre-populating/sending paperwork to clients
The ability to work as part of a close knit team, in a fast paced environment is required. Candidates should you strong communication skills, and ideally previous experience working within Financial Services such as an IFA Firm or Product Provider.
