A fantastic 15 Month Fixed Term opportunity to join an expanding Project and Applications Support Team in Lawnswood, North Leeds. Reporting to the Application Support Supervisor, the Application Support Assistant will support the business applications, assisting both internal and external customer users with any issues or enquiries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in dealing with questions relating to the Fleet products and the My Fleet Hub application.
- Manage and resolve customer queries, liaising with our external IT support providers where necessary.
- Use different channels to communicate with customers (webchat, Freshdesk, phone)
- Help shape and test new features for our expanding range of fleet products.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, discuss, and communicate with colleagues and customers to solve their enquiry.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
- Compliance with our Business Conduct Guidelines and other Group Policies.
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer service role essential.
- Previous experience in software support would be highly desirable but not a essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communicator with professional and confident telephone manner.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail.
- Patient, enthusiastic and good customer service skills.
