With over a decade of industry expertise, Thunderbolt Digital experienced rapid growth in 2023 & now Q1/24, prompting the need for a dedicated Office Admin/ Sales & Marketing to assist in managing the influx of new clients.

An Office Junior will be:
- Providing an efficient, warm, and approachable point of contact for visitors and internal staff; ensuring the office environment is tidy and safe with all facilities available for staff
- Supporting the Managing Director with all supporting tasks
- Responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales and Marketing & Projects teams whilst always maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Answering and directing calls, maintaining calendars, chasing clients for information
- Preparing reports updating XERO and managing late payments
- Any other duties required.
The perfect candidate will be/have:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Good active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other office applications
This apprenticeship position is well suited to someone with the drive to develop their skillset. You will love the buzz of the busy environment and be engaging and friendly with an eye for detail.
