Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager

• Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
• Ensure all stores meet the company’s operational standards and exceed financial goals.
• Lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement strategies to increase profitability, streamline operations, and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Regularly evaluate store performance, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster strong community relations and represent the brand at local events.

The right Area Manager

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar managerial role in the QSR or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and consumer preferences in Newcastle and Sunderland.
• A passion for food and creating exceptional customer experiences.
