Remuneration: £35,000 + £15,000-£20,000 commission + £8,000-£12,000 Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Plastic Plumbing Products will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position, selling a distributed range of Plastic Plumbing building products such as: fitting, valves, waste, drainage and accessories
- Selling to independent plumbers merchants and buying groups
- New business role
- Initially focused on 100 lapsed accounts, then targeting own leads from the 1000+ independent plumbers merchants on patch
- Typically 4 days a week on the road, one day in Essex office
- Typically 6-10 customer visits per day
- Targeted to on-board 2-3 new accounts per week (minimum spend £1,500)
- Up-selling and cross-selling to maximize profit potential of accounts whicjh are passed to internal team after initial three months
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Plastic Plumbing Products with:
- Must have B2B field sales experience
- Ideally sold into trade counters within builders / plumbers merchants
- New business hunter
- Autonomous
- Open to any building/ Plumbing Products
- Must be dynamic and looking for a new challenge
- Contacts within the industry would be advantageous
- Pro-active, driven and motivated
