SalaryOur client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a ASB Enforcement Officer on a 2 month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing their organisations in court in high level ASB cases relating to gang issues, cuckooing and domestic violence You will also require a basic DBS certificate taken out within the last three years.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a caseload of 40 complex ASB complaints
Pursuing legal action such as injunctions and possessions
Preparing court documents and representing the organisation in court
Serving NOSPs and NTQs
Mediating in ASB cases to help prevent escalation
Advising the housing team on low-level management
Experience required:
Experience representing organizations in court
Experience dealing with high level ASB cases
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Risk assessment and management
Compliance and due diligence
