We are currently representing a large Housing Association based in South East London, who is looking for a diligent and confident Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their team on a 2 month temporary contract covering long term sickness.
There is scope for this contract to be extended beyond the initial length. The client would be flexible to consider Housing Officers with high level ASB experience with rates negotiable up to £32 Umbrella per hour.
With their hybrid and flexible working policy, you have the freedom to manage your own work load and with all travel costs expensed to the client – this is certainly a very attractive role!
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a complex caseload of ASB complaints across a patch in South East London
Perusing legal actions such injunctions, possessions and attend evictions when necessary
Representing the organisation in court and prepare court bundles
Working alongside local police and enforcement teams and attending MARAC meetings
Experience required:
Experience managing high level ASB cases
Will be flexible to consider Housing Officers who have either been to court or managed high level ASB
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Risk assessment and management
Up to date housing legislation knowledge
Different resources you can use to investigate complaints
Managing sensitive information

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
