Assistant Financial Controller/Accounts Assistant


Mission: To oversee the smooth running of the Accounts Department on a day-to-day basis, assisting team members with any queries or help needed, ensuring all accounting procedures and Company policies are adhered to at all times, coordinating and closing the month, forecasting and budgeting. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate information about bank balances, payments, deposits received, etc, assisting the Financial Controller with the tax computations, statistics etc. required by HMRC for the cluster related properties.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Controlling that the posting of payroll is accurate and properly allocated.
  • Supervision of all journals and checking the accuracy of cost center allocation
  • Responsible for the preparation of the monthly cash flow of the Company.
  • Responsible for monitoring and preparation of Company’s loans and posting in SAP.
  • Preparation of monthly/ yearly reports and reports analysis related to management accounts in conjunction with Internal Auditor

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Budgeting, Forecasting.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Master in Excel
  • Hospitality background
