Everest Community Academy is a warm and friendly school that focuses on the personal and social needs of pupils as well as developing and delivering high quality education.
We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who will support the Headteacher in developing the strategic direction of the school whilst being true to its values and committed to ensuring that all our young people achieve their full potential. You will be instrumental in raising standards of attainment and achievement within the school as well as exploring options for new partnerships and ways of working with other schools and colleges.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within an energetic and determined leadership team as we continue in the next stage of the school’s development. The successful candidate will be a team player, who can motivate and inspire all key stakeholders. You will have high expectations for all, tenacity to drive change and above all else a good sense of humour.
