Only one position available to express your skills and knowledge in Property Management, including both long-leasehold management and Short term rental management (Airbnb).
This role will enable you to explore various departments within the property industry and advance your current knowledge.
As we are a family business, you MUST be an able to adapt to the casual office environment.
This role incudes Performance bonuses!
Your duties are as follows but not limited to:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the properties.
- Successfully establish a five start Airbnb portfolio with the properties provided.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organising documents, and maintaining records
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with residents to ensure timely resolution
- Assist with invoice recording and payment making
- Report issues to the office and react to issues as soon as possible
- Follow instructions as required
Requirements:
- GCSE (C+)
- Previous experience in property management or related field is a must
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Good in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with property management softwares
- Ability to multitask and priority tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
