The Associate Director's Role
The successful Associate Director will be a key figure in the Bristol office, bringing their expertise and leadership to a range of commercial projects. - Leading and overseeing commercial projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Playing a pivotal role in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to graduates and team members, particularly in their journey through the APC pathway.
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Bristol office through innovative and effective leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- MRICS qualification with substantial experience in the commercial sector.
- A proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing talent and building client relationships.
