We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to join our team as the Associate Director, Channel Partnerships. This critical leadership role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and resellers, contributing to our ambitious plan of reaching £28m in revenue by 2028. Key responsibilities: Design and implement a growth strategy to achieve £28m in annual revenue by 2028. Manage a partner portfolio, aiming for £3m revenue annually, with incremental growth through existing relationships and new partnerships. Lead the strategic development of existing and high-potential relationships, maximising sales of Oxford Saïd Online offerings. Identify and onboard new channel partners, staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Build effective relationships with stakeholders across Oxford Saïd Online, collaborating closely with the Commercial Team. The ideal candidate for this role must possess extensive leadership experience in a commercial setting, showcasing adept organisational skills to achieve ambitious goals. They should have a proven track record of leading strategic, high-value partnerships, fostering enduring relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organisations. Demonstrable experience in successfully selling transformative learning courses through a nuanced understanding of academic research, networks, and consumer trends is essential.
