Attendance Officer
18 Hours per week (Mornings) Term Time Only + 5 Days – to start as soon as possible
Scale C1 (Point 12-17) Actual £11,055 to 12,038 approximately
Hawksworth Wood Primary school is a friendly and welcoming school close to both the Kirkstall and Horsforth areas of Leeds and has been consistently graded ‘Good’ by OFSTED.
We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer to start as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, conscientious individual who has the ability to provide operational and administrative support to promote whole school attendance strategies in order to improve attendance levels, punctuality and reduce persistent absence, in line with the school’s Attendance Policy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have knowledge of school attendance policies and procedures.
- Have excellent communication skills with children and adults both written and verbal.
- Ability to use standard ICT packages including Microsoft Office, SIMS
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
