Ossett Academy & Accord Sixth Form are looking to appoint a highly motivated and effective Attendance Officer to work alongside key academy staff to promote and support high levels of attendance, to support pupils to achieve their full potential.
In order to reduce levels of absence and promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture, the successful applicant will need to work with pupils and families closely. You will be required to demonstrate flexibility, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues, pupils and parents/carers alike.
This position is temporary to cover maternity leave for up to one year.
