SalaryAcademic Appointments are working alongside a Primary School in Bradford who are seeking to appoint a SIMS trained, Attendance Administrator to join their team in November, providing administrative support alongside, the Attendance Improvement Officer.
This will be on a temporary contract with the potential to be made permanent.
Daily Duties:
● To be responsible for maintaining all student attendance records and ensuring that student information is accurate and up to date.
● Under the direction of Attendance Improvement Officer, to produce reports.
● To monitor and follow-up missing registers from lessons and discrepancies with registers submitted.
● To support Attendance Improvement Officers with the development and delivery of attendance initiatives.
● To coordinate home visits and other attendance related meetings in School alongside the Attendance Improvement Officer.
● To log attendance, onto the SIMs system.
● Daily communication with parents and carers.
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience
- Previous experience using SIMs is essential
- Two satisfactory references
- A valid DBS certificate, or be willing to obtain one
