£39,000 per annum - Monday to Friday
Working completely from home as a BEMS Service Support Technician - you will be required remotely ensure the efficient performance of Building Energy Management Systems in commercial buildings throughout the UK
- Position is fully Home Based
- All IT equipment is provided for you
- Monday To Friday - 37.5 hours per week
- Start times are flexible
£39,000 per annum plus enhanced holiday pay and very good OT rates
Essential Experience:
- Very good prior experience in Building Energy Systems (BEMS) technical support
- A background in building services and controls associated with Building Services Management Systems
- A very good understanding of BEMS software
- A very good knowledge of Building energy Management equipment, components and parts
Duties will include
- Carrying out remote system checks on BEMS equipment and systems.
- Remotely Identifying and diagnosing BEMS faults
- Remotely support on-site engineers in carrying out maintenance and repairs to BEMS systems
- Book engineer visits to sites where BEMS needs upgrading, servicing and maintenance
Completely Home Based role - no travel required - all equipment will be provided
Monday to Friday - Days - 37.5 hours per week
£39k pa plus well paid overtime and enhanced holiday allowance.
