Day to day responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role located in Leeds for an Information Technology Support Technician. The Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to desktop users and computers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Required skills
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and antivirus software
- Desktop Computer troubleshooting and deployment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification(s) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
