Bookkeeper

My client is an established Private Property Investment business that focuses on private and commerical real estate.

They are looking to bring on an experienced Bookkeeper to assist the Financial Controller and assist the finance team. This a full-time permanent Bookkeeper position.

Salary up to £40k + with benefits, 4 days in the office, in Mayfair, Central London.

Reporting into the Controller, responsibilities of this fantastic Bookkeeper Accountant opportunity will include:

• Processing sales and purchases invoices in accordance with procedures
• Reconciling supplier and tenants’ statements
• Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
• Reconciling Inter-Company Accounts
• Monthly reconciliation of control accounts
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and other management reports

Requirements:

• AAT qualified or working towards qualification
• 2 to 3 years mimium of Accounts Payable experience
• Property experience is desirable
• Technically strong on bookkeeping tasks
• Strong organisational skills
• Good level on Excel
