SalaryImage Painting Contractors are looking for a book keeper with admin duties, working closing with the management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within in a flexible and friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book keeping
- Providing administrative support to management team.
- High organisation skill.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety but not essential
- Day to day management of company schedules and requirements.
Person Specification:
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Must have book keeping knowledge and use of Quickbooks, CIS & Payroll
- To have the ability to deal with new situations as they arise and pass on knowledge to others.
- Previous book keeping of 2 years.
- Minimum Qualification AAT Level 2
The successful applicant will be working Part Time, 16 hours during the working week.
We are looking to fill the position immediately.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
