About the Role
We are looking for a book-keeper on a part-time basis to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions using Xero and Hubdoc so familiarity with Xero would be preferable.
This is a part-time, permanent contract working 12 hours per week between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The role can be predominantly remote, but we have offices in Sutton Coldfield, Warwick and Belper from which you could choose to base.
About the Benefits (all pro-rata as it s a part-time role):
- The salary is GBP23k pro-rata.

Bookkeeper Main Duties:
- Reconciling bank accounts each month
- Receiving, processing and posting of purchase invoices
- Preparing payment runs
- Raising sales invoices and matching cash received.
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts and management accounts
Bookkeeper Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Bookkeeping or Accounts experience
- Good working knowledge of Xero preferable but not essential.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Efficient and organised work ethic and good management of own work load
- Excellent customer service and can-do attitude
