Bookkeeper - Part Time Hours

Pratap Partnership is collaborating exclusively with a small company located in Thorne, Doncaster, with a turnover of GBP5 million, to assist them in their recruitment for a part-time Bookkeeper. This role will involve overseeing all finance functions on a part-time basis, with flexibility regarding the working days and start/finish times, totalling 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses promptly and accurately.

• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable to ensure precision.

• Regularly reconcile bank statements to account for all transactions.

• Maintain and update the general ledger to accurately reflect the company's financial transactions.

• Prepare and post journal entries as required.

• Generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.

• Provide management with precise and timely financial information for decision-making.
