• Role is a London based office cleaning contractor with 20 years trading
• This is a fully remote role

• Requesting and administration of timesheets, weekly and Monthly
• Weekly payroll
• Administration of pension scheme
• Purchase ledger
• Creating weekly pay runs
• Sales ledger

Bookkeeper

• Management of sales recharges
• Month end procedures
• Monitoring central email
• Liaising with clients and employees
• Debt collection (knowledge of invoice factoring essential)
• Intercompany transactions
